Hi,

As my girlfriend sadly moved abroad to study, I am looking for a new flatmate.

My partner and I enjoyed the flat so much because of it’s tranquility, spacious size and convenient location. We love being able to cycle to Battersea Park down the Road, walk to Clapham Common for a day or an evening out, and we especially appreciate having such a convenient commute to work.

The flat is super well connected to transport. Vauxhall station is up the road 17 walk or 6 min bus ride. Stockwell is an 11 minute walk with connections to Northern and Victoria lines. Clapham Junction is a 10 min bus ride right from the adjacent Wandsworth Road which is super easy to get to Gatwick (30 mins Gatwick Express) or out of town via train.

The area is very residential, mostly quiet, and well located. It is around the corner from Larkhall Park which has tennis courts and lots of green space. There are grocery stores, nail salons, barbers, and cleaners all within 2-3 blocks. There is also a Pure gym 2 blocks away down Wandsworth Road.

I am looking for someone considerate, clean and mature. I work in Finance (Asset management), work relatively long hours and am also studying for exams at the moment.

The flat is let via an agency so they will check references and will charge a reference check fee.

Bills (water, gas, electricity, tv license, council tax and internet) end up being about £100-20 per month.
