Hello!

We've been living in our lovely house for several years now and our wonderful housemate Sarah is moving in with her boyfriend so the time has come to find her replacement :(

We're looking for someone who'd like to get involved in our homely house. We like our own time, but really enjoy catching up in the evenings, sometimes cooking together, having a bit of a chinwag and a glass of wine :)

We're all very easy going! I (Rosie) head up a sales team for a Health & Beauty brand, Jacinta is a Consultant and Liberty is a lawyer. We enjoy getting out and about, brunching, browsing local shops on Northcote road, exploring markets, Sunday pub roasts, and further a field for a night out.

The house is between Clapham Common and Clapham Junction, and is only a couple of roads back from the Common, on a lovely quiet residential street, so it's a nice location, but also super convenient for transport. It's about 10 minutes walk to each station from the house and we have friendly easy-going neighbours either side of us.

The room is a good sized double with a south-facing sash window. It has a big built-in floor to ceiling height cupboard and a double ottoman style bed proving great storage.

The house itself is very spacious with a large sitting room, 2 bathrooms, handy cellar for extra storage and a huge kitchen with french doors opening onto a south-facing garden and patio area, which is perfect for summer BBQs and dinner parties in general! It gets lots of sun in the Summer time!

Key monthly bills: Gas & Electricity £44.55, Water £10, Council Tax £34.50, Broadband/Sky £10.

We also have an amazing cleaner who comes every couple of weeks to keep things nice and fresh which is £40 each a month.

The room is available from 28th March but we can work to 11th April if easier so please feel free to drop us a message to find out more or arrange a visit as we'd love to get it sorted ASAP!
