Family home, Looking for a respectful housemate

We are a British family with a 4 year old girl and a 7 year old boy. Our house is a large 5 bed Victorian home. The room available to rent is on the 3rd floor next to a bathroom and an office room. So you would have a good amount of privacy. Every now and then our parents sleep over in the office room when visiting as there is a double bed in there. We have a large shared kitchen with a dining table and small garden but would like to keep our lounge private.
I would consider us very laid back people. We are looking for a housemate who is tidy and respectful and likes children. The reasons the rent is low is because we understand children can be chaotic and noisy! Although previous housemates insist they were not disturbed by any noise.
Our kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need to use to prepare food.
It’s a lovely bright large bedroom with a huge TV. We are a 2 min walk from northcote road, packed with shops and restaurants. There is also Clapham Common behind the house.
Ideally we would like a housemate with a mostly office based job.
