The House
I’ve loved living here for the past year, it’s an unusually large house for London (making it a really good price for what you get!) and the room itself is fab - it’s massive (not just by London standards) with lots of natural light. Perfect if you work from home and need desk space, and also for hosting friends coming to stay!

It is by no means a party house but there is definitely space for entertaining if you so wish! There’s a living room, a spacious extra room on the ground floor (used for storage currently) big kitchen with a dining room table and the best bit... a garden!! Perfect for summer BBQs

The room itself comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelf and wardrobe.

Transport
- Wandsworth Road (overground) is less than a 1 min walk
- Clapham North (northern line) is an 8 min walk
- Stockwell (victoria line) is less than a 15 min walk
- Buses - 87 bus stops right outside and takes you into the West End (i work in Soho and take this)
- It’s also super easy for cycling, it takes me 20 mins to cycle into Soho in the mornings

Housemates
Tim, Courtney, Charlotte plus you! Courtney and Charlotte are lovely kiwi gals who will be moving in on the 18th. Tim is currently living here and is a friendly teacher working in Croydon.
