We have a master bedroom with en-suite available. The largest bedroom in the house.

This house has two rooms available in case you and a friend are looking. The double room is £1150, the master £1300.

Great location - equal distance to all the fun areas - Brixton, Clahpam, Balham and Streatham. Just off Kings Ave so lots of buses, which go all over London, are a few minutes walk away. 15 min walk to Clapham South/Common/North tube stations. Gym and Sainsbury's only two minutes walk away.

Who will you be living with?

There are currently three of us in the house
Tony (38), British, IT Professional. About to go travelling - hence the master bedroom becoming available. I'll only be home a few months of the year. and i'm taking the spare room as a result.
Johannes (33) - German, Finance

We are all very relaxed - we have a few drinks together but also do our own thing often. We are looking for someone tidy and........just a normal human being.

The house is large with lots of places to chill out without living on top of each other. Two living rooms, a roof terrace, garden, etc. So there will be four people total but i'll be out of the country a lot.
