Room available in friendly flatshare in Clapham!

I'm looking for someone to fill my room in our well located flat in Clapham!

My partner gets here next month, so I'll be moving out then! I'm pretty flexible with move in/out dates, so whenever works, as long as I'm around and have time to move my stuff! My room is £585 a month. Bills work out to be circa £60 a month and even out over winter :)

The room is a good size, has a double bed, a wardobe, chest of drawers and shelves for storage. The lounge is comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person on the ground floor.

The house is well equipped with kitchen equipment, cleaning equipment, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, clothes racks and underfloor heating!

The flatmates are awesome and we get along really well, so we're pretty keen for someone else who's keen to hang with us but who's also pretty independent.

My flatmates are two French guys and a British-American girl - they're so lovely and friendly!

The house is amazingly situated in terms of transport:

- About 10 minutes to Clapham Common
-About 10 minutes to Wandsworth Road
- About 10 minutes to Queenstown Road
(seriously though, I think it might be 12 to the Common, 11 to Wandsworth Road and 9 to Queenstown Road)
- 20-25 minutes to Clapham Junction (or less in the bus)
- About 6 different bus lines situated at two stops, one a 3 minute walk away and another one a 5 minute walk away.

Supermarkets:
- A small co-op 3 minutes away
-A Tesco and Sainsburys 8 minutes away
-The small Sainsburys, Waitrose, Iceland and big Sainsburys in Clapham Common about a 10 - 15 minute walk (the big Sainsburys is a bit further).
-An Asda and Lidl about 20-25 minutes away (by Clapham Junction).

In terms of parks:
- 10 minutes to Clapham Common
- 15 minutes to Battersea Park
-20 minutes to Larkhall Park
And we sometimes wander over to Wandsworth Common as well, which is about 40 minutes I think (but we're not sure, we kind of just end up there).
