We are 3 professional current tenants who enjoy a friendly home, and we are looking for a single professional to move into one of the bedrooms, as our current flatmate is moving back to New Zealand.

Your room is quiet, warm, bright, airy and fully furnished so ready for you to move in. The room has two chests of drawers, a built in wardrobe, and a cosy built in fireplace.

Our house has ample storage space, a fun patio area where we enjoy a wine and dinner, and a large, comfortable living room. There is shared bathroom (you'll be sharing with only 1 other) and fully equipped kitchen. We are looking for a clean, quiet and considerate flatmate.

The flat is a 8 minute walk to leafy Clapham Common, another 15 minutes and you are at Clapham Common Tube station or Clapham Old town and it's charming restaurants, pubs and cafes. We are 5 minutes walk from Queenstown Road Tube Station, and various bus stops. All amenities of Clapham High Street are minutes away. Supermarkets are a 3 minutes walk from the flat, and Clapham Junction is a 7 min bus ride away.
