Double Room in Clapham South house with Garden

Sadly I will be departing my lovely house after a fun two years as I will be moving in with my gf. We are looking for a professional to replace me. Location is just off Abbeville Road, within 1min walking distance of a pub, Sainsbury's, Co-op, a Gail's, the Ginger Pig butchers and more estate agents than you can shake a stick at! We are about 10 mins walk from the common and the same to Clapham South tube although my personal best is approximately 8 mins.

The house is a large 6 bed with a good sized garden with patio furniture and a crackin BBQ which gets a lot of use in the summer. There are two bathrooms, a sitting room with a projector (great for movie nights) and three comfy sofas, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and tumble dryer along with all the usual appliances. There is also a basement for storage and the house has loads of period features if you are into that thing. There is on street permit parking available if you have a car, permit can be purchased from Lambeth council.

You would be sharing with 3 females and 2 males. A mix of English, Welsh and Kiwi nationalities. All are young professionals, working full time, split between at home and central London. They are all a laid back bunch who like to have a good time, watch movies, go down the pub, bottomless brunch, you get it. They like to keep the house clean and tidy. There is also a cleaner who comes once a week.

They are looking for a male/female, friendly and sociable person who is also clean and tidy. Someone who likes to have a laugh and spend a bit of time getting to know their housemates.

No smokers or pets please.

The double room is on the first floor and comes furnished excluding the desk and clothes rail. A full height wardrobe will be re-assembled to replace the clothes rail before I move out.

Rent is £750pm
Bills are c. £80pm
The cleaner is £46, every 6 weeks
Deposit is £750

Move in date 07.11.20

The house is let directly by the landlady with a rolling contract, so no douchebag letting agents or letting fees, hurray! She is attentive and gets any issues sorted ASAP.
