Living room with desk for WFH

Hi all,

I am planning to be away for five weeks from Sunday 21 March and I'm looking for some excellent human to fill my room for a while.

You'd be living with two of the world's greatest Australians, Jenn and Monty. Jenn's a physio (great for those aches and pains) and Monty works with kids (great for providing work stories that make you feel better about your own situation...)! They each work from home a bit, but are mostly out working in the community (so you'd need to be comfortable with that).

The room is a small double, with a decent amount of storage - both in a large wardrobe, and under the bed. The house itself is a lovely, warm, bright and airy two-bed, with a large living room, newly spruced up bathroom, fully functional kitchen (with a dishwasher!), private balcony - for the sunbathing that must be just around the corner, surely?! - and a shared garden.

There's also a desk set up in the living room if you need to work from home.

We have subscriptions to the essentials - Netflix and Amazon Prime - and Jenn and Monty are always down for a movie night. If you can eat more popcorn than Monty, you win a prize.

The house comes with an off-street parking spot and secure bike storage.

I'm keen to get someone in, so I'll cover the bills if you pay the rent? I can also be pretty flexible with dates. I'd love it if you have a green thumb, as I have lots of plant babies that will need some care while I'm away.
