CHEAPEST Double Room in Clapham

======The Flatmates====
I am Ana, 26 year old female. I am a HR professional working in the tech industry and I like to workout and listen to music. I am currently working from home.
The other flatmate is a 28-year-old male moving in at the beginning of march. He is a manager at a bar in Shoreditch but is currently on furlough.

====The Room====
A decent size double room, that comes unfurnished and has a built-in wardrobe. The current flatmate has a double bed, a desk and chair and there is still some space to spare. The room is available from the February 25th, 2021.

I added a picture of my room just to show you that there is potential in your room (the pictures don’t do it justice) but it’s all up to you how much effort and care you put into it.

====Price, Bills and Contract====
The rent for the room is £275 per month (yes, you did read and understand that correctly £275 per month) plus bills (water, council tax and electricity) which is evenly split between us (normally £80- £105 each). There currently isn’t shared broadband in the house as the old flatmate took it with him but this is something that can be sorted (we all need internet haha).

There is no minimum or maximum term on the contract as long as you give one month’s notice.

====Area/Location====
We are located between Clapham and Brixton. Brixton station is 10 minutes away on the bus and Clapham South and Clapham Common are both 15 minutes walk or 5/10 minutes away on the bus. The bus stops are all literally 5 minutes walk with buses going straight to Mitcham, Shoreditch, Marble Arch etc. There is also the Sainsburys Local 5 Minutes away, a Tesco Express 10 minutes away and a Londis downstairs. There is a Lidl and Tesco Superstore in Brixton which is 10 minutes away on the bus or you can walk to the Sainsburys Superstore in Clapham Common.

====The House ====
There is shared living room with a balcony, which I am working on making it a place that people would enjoy spending time in. The bathroom and toilet are separate and shared by all flatmates. The kitchen is also shared with the usual kitchen stuff.

====Future Flatmate====
You are a working professional who is mature and considerate. You enjoy socialising but also know how to mind your business. You will view the place as your home rather than just ‘a room to rent’ and are happy and willing to contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the house and contribute to its upkeep. Male or female don’t mind just no couples please. This place would be really suitable for a professional that had some goals to achieve and wants to save money on rent.
