Beautiful double room in large dog friendly house!

Large cosy living room

We're looking to find new tenants for a bright double rooms on the first floor of our house, just down the road from Abbeville 'village'.

We're looking for someone who's generally social and friendly. We're also very welcoming of dogs in case you have one. Although no worries if not.

The room itself is large and bright with a lot of built in storage. The house has a large kitchen and shared sitting room, and a garden perfect for summer BBQs. We also have a hot tub which we sometimes get out. You will be sharing a bathroom (with shower) with 1 other of the room mates, although there is another bathroom so no traffic jams.

We have a mixed fun group of people in the house looking to rent another room in the house as well so another person to join soon. We are looking for anything from post-graduate students to professionals who are social and are looking for someone who will participate in house life. One of the housemates is the live in landlord, FYI.

It's a short walk, approx. 7 mins, to Clapham South where there is a big Tescos and other grocery options. It is also a 30 second walk from Abbeville Rd which has some lovely restaurants, a pub and great cheese shop!
