Great Double Bedroom near Battersea Park/Clapham

Hello everyone, the other bedroom in my flat is becoming available from the 20th of January 2022. The room is furnished with a divan bed case (brand new mattress could be included for £50, but feel free to bring your own) and a wardrobe. It is super quiet, located at the very rear, so no traffic or annoying noises;
the room has been recarpeted and the walls repainted.
The flat is set in a nice and tranquil neighbourhood, between Battersea and Clapham, which are respectively 10 mins walk from it. The pad is super clean, cosy, warm (solid, new window frames installed ) well-kept and serene with a small outdoor, but cosy space. There are local shops nearby and public transportation as well.
The monthly rent is £750 (+£865 deposit) plus bills (I am with Octopus for electricity/gas on a very convenient tariff, Council Tax is one the lowest in London and super-fast Virgin Broadband) so around nearly £100.
You will share the flat with me. I am Ottavio, italian, not-preachy vegan, professional, very clean, tidy and respectful towards other people's spaces and privacy. I am very easy-going, funny, very active and spiritual (Gym, Yoga, Meditation). I love cooking, making music, singing, drawing, writing, reading etc.
Ideally, I am looking for a clean, respectful person (not a party animal), preferably non-smoker and not noisy. I love socialising, but I also love being alone. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks!
