You'll be sharing the property with two friendly professional males:

- Lachlan (31): Art Director / Graphic Designer. He's into good food and cooking, movies, theatre, books, and travel.
- Nick (28): Digital Marketing Manager. His interests include tennis, socialising, trying new restaurants, travelling, and exploring London.

Since the current household is all-male, we're ideally looking for another male tenant to keep the balance. We carefully select our tenants to ensure a positive dynamic, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet them to make sure it’s a perfect fit before signing your contract! 💯⭐

THE BILLS 💷
Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a bi-weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise.👌
