Ed and I are looking for two new housemates to move into a lovely mews house in Clapham Common! We moved in one year ago with two friends, who are now moving out to live with a boyfriend and for a job change. We would love to carry on living in the mews for another year as it’s a great house in an amazing location.
The house is set over three floors - myself and Ed have the top floor, the two available rooms are on the middle floor with a shared bathroom and the ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, a lounge/diner and a terrace through bi-fold doors.
We both work in the office 4 or 5 days a week, so are out of the house during the week days and often in the evenings too!
We are social people, very easy going and enjoy an evening in the house as much as an evening at the pub with friends.
BILLS
Currently bills are £123 per month each - which includes gas, electricity, water, council tax (Lambeth) and internet.
Also worth noting that we have fixed rate energy until May 2023, so the price won't be hiked up for a while..!!
Both rooms are available on the 23rd October but we need to have names on the contract by the 22nd August. Reference checks etc will all be carried out by the landlord at no cost.
