*TAKEN* Double room, seconds from Clapham Common

Hi! Advertising a fab double room in my flat, as my lovely flatmate is moving out when our contract ends but I am staying. It’s in an AMAZING location and is a bargain for what it offers - looking for another female young professional in their twenties to share it with me :)

Location couldn’t be better - it’s literally seconds from Clapham South tube station (northern line), tonnes of bus routes, looks right onto Clapham Common and there’s a big Tesco, Sainsbury’s Local and M&S Food Hall all within a 30 second walk. The flat is quiet considering it’s on a main road and the area feels really safe.

The flat is a 2 bed - it’s cosy, but neat and modern and has everything you need - perfect for someone who works in the city. There’s a shared kitchen and living/dining area with a little balcony, and a shared bathroom with bath/shower/sink/loo.

The room is a nice sized double - comes furnished with bed (under-bed storage), wardrobe and chest of drawers. My flatmate bought a desk and would sometimes work from home in her room - it’s probably not suitable if you’re fully WFH, but for the odd day here and there, there’s plenty of room. (She’s keeping her desk though so you’d need to buy one). It also has a huge window and is south facing, looking over communal gardens, so loads of light.

Looking for a female young professional like me, who would be up for hanging out in the eve watching TV with a glass of wine, or going to the pub on a Friday (lots nearby!) - up for being friends as well as flatmates! But also definitely looking for someone clean who will keep the space tidy too, as it’s not a party flat.

Keen to find someone to start a new 1 year contract with me from 1st September, so viewings will probably be on Sunday 14, Monday 15, Tuesday 16 and Thursday 18 August.
