Double room in Clapham/Battersea

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely 3 bed flat less than 10 mins from Clapham Old Town ☀️

The flat is in a fantastic location with a 10 mins walk to Clapham Common and 20 mins walk to Battersea Park. It’s incredibly well connected with easy links to central, East & North London, and the buzz of Clapham Common just a short walk away.

About us:
We’re 2 girls Amy (27) & Natalie (31). We love going for walks, watching tv, reading, running/going to the gym and yoga, sitting on the common during the summer months, and going out for food and drinks.

We have our own things going on so mostly keep to ourselves but also love to catch up over drinks or a movie now and then. We’re super respectful and like to maintain a chill vibe in the flat.

We have a weekly cleaning rota as we like to keep a clean home. We’re looking for someone friendly and respectful to join us love the flat as much as we do!

About the room:
The room comes with a double bed with storage, a mattress, wardrobe, TV bracket on the wall, and built in fireplace.

About the flat:
The flat is on the second floor of a 4 storey period building with original features. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and shower/bath room with separate w/c.

Local area:
The buzz of Clapham Common is a short walk away, and Battersea Power Station and Clapham Junction a 20 mins walk away. There are therefore plenty local bars, pubs, restaurants and parks nearby! As well as multiple gyms and fitness studios.

Transport
-15 min walk to Clapham Common underground on the Northern Line (15 mins to Bank, 20 mins to Islington)
-5 min walk to Wandsworth Road overground on the Windrush line (stopping at Peckham, Dalston, and Shoreditch).
-The 87 bus stops right outside the flat and takes you straight to Covent Garden. The 452 takes you through Kensington to Notting Hill.

Rent:
Rent is £707, which includes TV licence. Bills are on top at around £140 per month. All in approx £840 + deposit.
