I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from May 18 to November 18th 2024 (with chance to renew at the end of tenancy).

You will be living with one other girl, Chloe, aged 23, who works in community engagement. She's very easy going and sociable, so would love to find her a good replacement!!

About the property/room:
- room has a built-in wardrobe with loads of storage
- doesn't come with the desk but I'm considering selling it for cheap
- loads of natural light

- 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen and spacious living/dining room
- Access to communal garden and pool
- space for parking outside
- 5 minute walk to Clapham North, Wandsworth Road and Clapham High Street stations, and a 15 minute walk to Stockwell station so access to the Northern and Victoria lines and the overground!
- 15 minute walk to Clapham Common
- UK based guarantors accepted
