We just had our offer accepted for a modern 4 bed terraced house located just moments from Clapham Common, and a 10-15 min walk to Clapham Common tube, Clapham Old Town and Northcote Road. The room is a spacious double with a built in wardrobe (furnished) and space for a desk. Price £1150 + bills, 24 month lease, 12 month break and the move in date is the 17th of May.
A little about us: we’re 3 young professionals (all female) between 25-28, a Swede (Helen) a Kiwi (Tiffany) and an Aussie (Becky), who now call London home! We all work full-time, between WFH and office. We love going out to the pub and to gigs but equally enjoy a cosier night in cooking together.
We’re looking for a friendly, bubbly individual between 24-30 who’s sociable, easy-going and looking for a place to call home. We want to do cute housemate things together, so looking for someone who wants to be friends over just flatmates. Cleanliness and contributing to the house is also something important to us.
