Gorgeous flat near Clapham South

Kitchen has ALL the appliances including an airfryer, dishwasher and a nutri-bullet

I am sadly looking for someone to take over my double room in our gorgeous 4 bed flat. If I hadn't accepted a job in Dubai...I would not be leaving!

We have a stunning four bed flat, 2 bathrooms, open plan living/kitchen space and a cute narrow balcony that runs along the back of the flat. We also have a beautiful communal garden which is great for BBQs, sunbathing and evening dinners during the summer (not bad to workout there during the winter either!)

The flat itself is situated on a quiet street just of the glamorous Abbeville road. We are walking distance to Clapham South, Clapham Common and a short walk to Clapham junction.

The flat has been beautifully furnished by the girls and it really is a special place you can call home. It's been my favourite flat to live in whilst living in London over the past 8 years!

The room you would be taking over can come furnished/unfurnished however as I am moving country, I'd be very happy to keep everything there if you wish. (The room looks slightly different as it does in the pictures only due to how I have decorated!)

Most important part....
You'll be sharing with three of the nicest girls in London. They are all absolutely amazing housemates and I am really sad to be leaving them.

We live extremely well together and are forever catching up/ watching TV/ gyming/ walking or having a nice drink down the pub. Although we get on well, we all have different circles of friends and very much respect each other's privacy.

The flat is not a party flat but we are always happy to have house guests or people over for dinner/drinks.

I am a school teacher so will be on half term next week where I will be happy to do viewings throughout the day or evening.
