🚂 2 minute walk from Clapham North tube & Clapham Hight street overground, so very well connected
🛏️ Double room, 2 shared bathrooms in the house.
💵 rent is £750 a month and bills are roughly £125 each per month.
Deposit will be 5 weeks rent.

You would be living with my 3 female housemates, 2 of which I have lived with for nearly 3 years! 🏡 We all work 9/5 jobs and enjoy going to the gym, chilling in the flat & also socialising with friends. The gals are looking for a clean and friendly housemate with a similar work pattern. 😊 Ideally someone between 26-30 who is up for the occasional weekend brunch/ pub visit but equally respects free time as life can be quite busy!
