This is a Global Guardian flat.
You will need to complete a Guardian application form with the agency if you want to take the room. To do this you will need be over 21, in full time employment (for last 3 months at least) and have a DBS (or willing to get one). The notice period for this flat is 28 days.
The room is available ASAP and I am happy with short term stays.
House rules: vegetarian, no alcohol and no male or overnight guests
Double room with built in wardrobe and standalone wardrobe. The flat is based in Clapham- only 10-15 mins from Clapham Common, Clapham South and Brixton station.
