Double room in Clapham Common ☀️

Hi,

I’m subletting my room over Summer in Clapham Common.

Looking for someone to take the room from the 1st of June, until my return beginning of September. (Can be slightly flexible with dates)

Location is amazing with all amenities and shops nearby. We’re directly opposite the park, Waitrose, coffee shops etc. so location really couldn’t be better!
There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and best of all… a balcony for Summer BBQ's.

The room is on the top floor of the property, and comes furnished. I’ll pack away clothes and other bits and bobs, so you’ll have plenty of wardrobe and desk space. (As it’s only a sublet, most decor would stay up).

You would be sharing the property with Evie (F) and Emile (M). They’re both young professionals, working full time (remote 3 days a week, but from their rooms so the common areas aren’t crowded). Both are social, clean, and all around great ppl 🫶🏼

£1,150 per month including bills
