Large double bedroom; 4 mins to Clapham North tube

My current flatmate is moving out in May so I (Rosie) am looking for a new flatmate. The flat is spacious with lots of natural light and plenty of storage throughout. The bedroom available is large, with a double bed, chest of drawers and decent sized wardrobe. The windows look out over the garden (although we unfortunately don’t have access to this).

Location:
- 4 minute walk to Clapham North Underground (Northern Line).
- 5 minute walk to Clapham High Street Overground.
- Very close to multiple bus stops that take you to various places.
- 4 minute walk to Clapham High Street, which has many different restaurants, shops, bars etc.
- 10 minute walk to Clapham Common.

I really love living in Clapham, there’s always lots going on and has great night life.

About me:
- I’m a private nanny and work out of the house during the day Monday - Friday.
- Very sociable, I’m out a lot in the evenings (trying to make the most of living in London).
- I love travelling, going to the theatre, concerts, comedy nights, trying new restaurants, baking, cooking and reading. I’ve been trying to get into more creative activities too.
- I do enjoy inviting friends over for dinner / movie nights occasionally.
- Originally from Suffolk.

Ideal flatmate:
- Someone social and chilled.
- Someone clean and tidy (keeping the flat clean and organised is pretty important to me).
- Happy with the (very) occasional party.
-Non smoker.

The room will be available from early May. The flat is council tax C, bills are not included in the rent but come to around £190 each a month.
