Double bedroom in 2 bed maisonette just off clapham common! 10-15 min walk to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction. £1100 (including all bills, broadband, council tax). Large living room and bathroom. Bit of an old and tired flat, and in the winter it does get cold (I recommend a heated sheet), but great price for location and the space you get!
Room is part furnished, but room comes with chest of drawers, lamp, mirror, clothes rail, shelves, and wardrobe.

I’m 30 (nearly 31!) london born and raised :) I love running round the common, going for dinner with mates and spending time with family. Equally very down for a night in watching a movie with a glass of wine. I’m a design & refurbishment consultant who’s constantly running around london, so no problem if you want to wfh!
