My room is becoming available from 1st January 2026 and we're looking for someone to take over the tenancy. You'll be living with 3 great lads, Jack, Gavin & Tom (all in early 30's) - all sociable and lead busy lives and great to live with. Tenancy runs until Oct 2026 and then will renew.
Room:
The room has a built in wardrobe with hanging space and draws, a bed with space for storage underneath. The window looks out onto the private garden area. Unfurnished, however bed and mattress will stay.
House:
Split over three levels with 2 bathrooms (including 1 ensuite) and another downstairs toilet. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 others. Kitchen has an induction hot, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and good storage space. Large sofa and tv in lounge with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Apple etc. Plus a terrace for summer drinks/BBQ's!
Looking for someone who's sociable, likes a movie night in and also a trip to the pub!
