Double room in a 2 bed - Clapham Common

Double room in a two bed flat, sharing with one professional female. Big living space with eating area and large kitchen with walkout to the private walled garden. Shared bathroom. The room currently doesn't have a desk but can definitely fit one if needed. High ceilings and big wardrobes with a TV mounted in the centre.

Some bills included, apart from water and gas and electricity. Usually around £100 but variable especially in winter.

Great location on a side street off Clapham High Street, nearly equidistant between Clapham Common, High Street and North stations.

I have a golden retriever who’s very friendly. She doesn't have to come into your private space but would be present in all of the shared space. She has regular daycare and sitters though so won’t be home 24/7.

I work hybrid split between office and home so would be better if someone either works from the office fully or is hybrid as well.

I get along with almost everyone! I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, having a few drinks (not a frequent partier though), and spending loads of time out in the parks with the dog!

This is a short term let but considering all lengths of stay within that period, from January through April. If interested, let's chat ☺️
