Hey! 👋 I’m looking for a super friendly and fun flatmate. I’m new to Clapham myself, so I’d love to live with someone like-minded who’s up for keeping the vibe in the flat light, relaxed, and fun. Please do tell me a bit about yourself too — I like to know who I’ll be sharing space (and laughs) with!

A little about me:
I’m 27 and work in marketing 💻 I’m pretty active — I hit the gym about five days a week and usually get around by bike 🚴‍♂️ I’ve got a long list of things I’m ticking off around London, so if you’re into random adventures, shout! When I’m not out and about, I’m watching films, gaming, reading, or heading to gigs and festivals 🎶

I’m very Type-B — a bit forgetful and usually away with the fairies — but always up for good chat and banter. I don’t take much too seriously, and I love living with people who enjoy a laugh and are easygoing 😄

I’m in the office Monday to Thursday, so you’ll get the place mostly to yourself during the week. Some of my best mates started as housemates, and as an extrovert, I really enjoy having good energy around the flat.

Pets are completely welcome 🐾

The flat gets a full clean every two weeks (included in the price). I’m also currently sprucing it up — I’m wallpapering the spare bedroom and retiling the bathroom in emerald green, so it’ll be looking fresh by the time you visit! 💚
