Sharing with two male professionals. One in events and the other in coffee. We’ve known each other for over ten years and love all things outdoors, yoga, climbing, wine and wellbeing.

We go into the office/work 3 or more days a week.

🐕The flat also has a very cute 4 year old working Cocker Spaniel. So dog lovers required.

Requirements:
- Preferably look for a female to balance things out but open to guys as well. Also open to a mature couple.
- Sociable, clean, tidy, and a non-smoker
- Must have a minimum salary of £36,750 (30x the rent) as required by the agency
- No students please!

🛏️ The room is a large double with plenty of storage and a big en-suite with a shower. The room has plenty of space for a desk and has its own small balcony. You’ll be on the top floor of the building (2nd floor of the flat). There is one other room with seperate bathroom on the same floor. With everything else on the first floor.

There’s a large sitting room/kitchen with all the equipment that you’d need. Leading onto a large patio/balcony.
