As a tenant of 3+ years I am sad to be leaving such a well located, modern flat. The other 2 tenants are both social, respectful of shared spaces, and are very easy to get along with. They are keen on sport in general, are regular gym goers/runners and of course, enjoy a few beers in one of Clapham's many cracking pubs. Work wise both operate on a hybrid arrangement.
