Double room in spacious flat in Clapham

I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing roommate to join me in a spacious two-floor flat ideally located between Battersea, Clapham, Stockwell and Nine Elms (postcode says Clapham).

The flat is spread over two floors and has plenty of space, including:
• A large living room
• A separate study area (currently more or less empty but happy to transform this into something)
• A kitchen
• Bathroom
• Your own private bedroom

Transport links are great, just a 15-minute walk to Clapham Common station and only 3 minutes to Wandsworth Road station, making it super convenient for getting around London.

Please note that the flat is currently not very furnished, as the previous roommate owned most of the furniture. The available bedroom will be fully unfurnished, so you’ll need to provide your own furniture for your room and I am happy for you bring more for the rest of the house 😅

You’ll be sharing with me. I’m 26, work full-time, and typically work from home 2–3 days a week. I’m into music, pubs, football, sports in general, and film. I’m sociable but also respectful of personal space and like some time to myself.

I’m looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, tidy, and generally considerate to share the space with.

Bill will come up to about £70-80 pcm
