Hello!!!
We have a sublet in our new sharehouse available from 25th Feb until 24th April- potentially 24th May!
Rent is £875 and bills come to about £105 per month. We are a 15ish minute walk from Clapham South station or 15ish minute walk from Clapham Common station. However there is a bus stop literally 2 min walk (basically right outside the house) to either station. There is also a gym just a 5 min walk from the house.
A little bit about us:
We are all from New Zealand and are all very social people. We’ve all been in london for a couple years now. We enjoy going to the pub, travelling, gigs/concerts, pub quizzes, watching the rugby, playing sports etc. In saying that we obviously do respect everyone else’s down times!
We are all good friends/family and we obviously want whoever sublets to feel like they’re our friend too, not just a ship passing in the night! If you think you might be a good fit then flick me a message x
