Looking for an individual or couple to take over my room in Clapham.

You’ll be living with one other Australian guy in his mid 20’s who is easy going.

Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, has their thing going on but is also social.

Rent is £1125 pcm + bills (which is around 150)

The flat is equidistant to Clapham common and Clapham north tube stations (about 10-12 minute walk) . It’s also less the 5 minute walk to Wandsworth town overground station on the windrush line which links to Clapham junction and also south east London.

Flat comes fully furnished!

Lots of storage for bags, bikes, equipment etc

Has its own private outdoor area which is fully fenced in.

Move in date is mid-late March but can be flexible about this.

Will be looking to have viewings this weekend and next week.
