I’m moving out of my room in a modern, spacious flat in Clapham and looking for someone to take it over from 1st April.

The room is a large, furnished double — ideal if you want a comfortable base in a great area. Bills are not included.

There is also a smaller room available in the flat that is available for 832pcm, I can provide link in private message if interested (spare room doesn't allow me to post link)

The flat is bright, modern, and well kept, with everyone taking pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. It’s well laid out with plenty of communal space and in an amazing location — 3 minutes from Clapham High Street and 5 minutes from Clapham North, with loads of cafés, gyms, pubs, and transport links nearby. It is council tax band B. There’s also:
- A small garden
- Two WCs (no morning queues!)
- A relaxed but well-looked-after feel

You’d be living with Luke (28 y. o) an architect who enjoys running, swimming, cooking, and socialising, (other flatmate TBC). Luke is a friendly, sociable, and chatty guy, but also tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. The flat has been a welcoming atmosphere, with everyone having their own routines and social lives.

They’re looking for someone:
- Mid-20s to mid-30s
- Professional, in full-time employment
- Friendly and considerate
- Able to provide references
