We have a double room available in our sweet home in Clapham South as I’ll sadly be moving out.

📍 Location: Clapham South, SW4
• 15 min walk to Clapham South Tube (Northern Line)
• Bus stop just 4 mins away 🚍
• Sainsbury’s Local a 7-min walk away
• Brixton and Clapham High Streets just a quick bus ride away

🛏️ The Room:
Semi-furnished with a bed frame, mattress and wardrobe that has tons of storage, plus a big window that brings in loads of natural light 🌞 I’m considering selling my bedside table and chest of drawers but that’s TBD. The rest of the flat is fully furnished by the girls, so it already feels like home. You’ll be sharing one bathroom.

💷 Rent/Bills: £1,182 (all inclusive)
• Rent: £1,028
• Bills: around £132 (will fluctuate a little in the winter months)

🍽️ The Flat:
Spacious open-plan lounge with desks, a huge outdoor space (with an outdoor storage room). Comes with all the essentials: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and even an air fryer ✨

👯 Your Future Flatmates:
You’ll be living with two lovely ladies, Alex (29, works in motorsport) and Heather (30, works in renewable energy). They’re both South African, have been in London for a few years now.

✨ The Vibe:
The girls are super clean, friendly and sociable - they love a good braai, brunch, or movie night, but it’s definitely not a party house. Rugby fans beware: Springbok games are a very big deal in this household 🏉🇿🇦

They’d ideally like another South African - female between 28 & 32 but can we swayed for the right person. They’re keen on someone sociable, friendly, professional, and tidy who’s looking for a place that feels like home.

Earliest move-in date is 19 April, but this can be pushed back. Rent will be prorated as our billing cycle runs from the 19th of each month.
