We’re looking for a friendly professional to join our lovely 4-bedroom home! If you’re looking for a place that feels like a genuine home rather than just a room, we’d love to meet you.

The House & Garden:

Our home features a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area perfect for hanging out. The kitchen is fully loaded with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, and even a wine cooler for those weekend treats! We have a spacious garden that’s great for BBQs or a morning coffee in the sun. There is one main bathroom (with both a tub and separate shower) plus an extra toilet with a shower.

The Room:

Available from 10 April (with some flexibility), the room comes with a comfy double bed, a massive wardrobe, plenty of storage, chest of drawers and 2 bedside table with a space for small desk if work from home.

The Location:

We are located just a 10-minute walk from Clapham South station, with great bus links even closer. You’ll be right near Abbeville Road and Clapham High Street, which are packed with fantastic cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars.

The Logistics:

Rent: £750 per month
Bills: Around £100-£120 - depending on heating usage etc (Water, Council Tax, Energy, and internet)
No agency fees and a really helpful landlord.

About Us:

We are all working professionals who enjoy socialising together while fully respecting each other’s privacy and downtime. We’re looking for one person (no couples, students, or DSS, please) who wants a clean, relaxed, and friendly environment to call home.
