Spacious en-suite room in a friendly Clapham South flat 🤍

I am sadly moving out of my flat of 3 other girls, to move in with my boyfriend so my room is up for grabs.

The room/flat:
This room has a large bay window that lets in lots of natural light. Furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe - it’s a really lovely space. Massive en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There’s additional storage upstairs in the attic if needed!

The flat is super bright and homely, the kitchen, bathroom, carpets and paintwork have all been updated in the last 18 months as well as a new mattress being provided by the landlord at the end of last year.

The area:
10-15 minute walk to both Clapham South and Clapham Common tube stations, in a really safe and quiet area. Tube, supermarkets, Gail’s and the windmill all in walking distance it really has everything you need!

The girls:
Three girls in their late 20s/early 30s. All such friendly girls- we have all lived together for years and love that the flat is so well set up for hanging out together. More rooms will come available over the coming months so new tenant has opportunity to get friends to fill them/ choose who they want to fill them.

The details:
Deposit = around £990
Rent = £1250 per month
New tenant fee = £50 (split between myself and incoming tenant)
Bills: separate, about £130 a month (give or take)

Viewings: in person viewings only taking place on the 25th and 26th of march.
