We’re on the lookout for a new housemate to take over a room in our easygoing home from April.

You’ll be living with two great guys (both 28) – one from England and one from Japan. The vibe is social but chilled: we enjoy a chat, the odd hangout, and also respect each other’s downtime. Big bonus if you’re into food, because one of the guys loves cooking and is a firm believer that meals are better shared.

The house itself is bright, cosy, and split over two floors, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to feel at home.

A spacious double with a huge built-in wardrobe – loads of storage and plenty of room to make it your own.

The details:
Fully furnished house
Rent for the whole house is expected to be around £2900/month (split between 3) + bills ) usually £120 ish each in winter/ £100 ish in summer
Flexible setup: starts as a fixed term, then rolls into a periodic contract from May
We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy to live with – someone who’ll enjoy the balance of social time and personal space.
