Both tenants are very sociable, both as a flat and with our own friends, and we enjoy watching TV shows together in the evening.

It’s a super spacious flat with a decent sized kitchen and a large living room. There’s a bus stop outside the flat which makes getting into Brixton, Balham, Clapham and beyond very fast and it’s a short 15 minute walk to Clapham Common tube station.
The lease is until 10th October, but can be extended for longer if wanted.
