- bills are about 95-130 a month (depending on the season) including council tax
- no bikes allowed in the house (as per landlord contract)

5 min walk to overground wandsworth rd
12 minute walk to clapham common and clapham north station
25 minute walk to clapham junction

Ive been here for 3+ years now and am on a rolling monthly contract, great landlord who lives locally and is always ready to help

Me (vivian): aussie, 29, I work full time in healthcare, very active and love to go to gym 4-5 times a week, I enjoy cooking and have people over for dinner parties, i go tap dancing during the week and am always looking for fun activities to try.

About Kody: aussie, 30, Fit, social, and big on good vibes. I’m usually either at the gym, out for a long lunch with the girls, or hunting down a decent coffee (standards are high).
I love a clean, calm space, just appreciate a home that feels nice to be in. I’m into getting dressed up and going out, but equally love a cosy night in with a movie and wine with the gals.

Looking for someone who preferably works in an office minimum 3 times a week, is looking for a place that feels like a home, is respectful and tidy and thinks their lifestyle can work well with ours
Being clean is a must, we have a cleaning rota for every week.

There is a requirement of minimum 40k salary (as per the landlord)
