Our lovely flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for a friendly girl in her mid–late 20s (working professional or student) to join our home in Clapham ASAP.

The room is a spacious, furnished double, and the flat has bright, airy communal areas plus access to a communal garden. You’ll be living with three other girls (25–26) - two working professionals and one studying for her Master’s. We’re enjoy spending time together but also value our own space.

📍Location:

10-minute walk to Clapham South station

Ideal location as we’re very close to Clapham Common, Abbeville Road, Northcote Road and Balham

Close to lots of lovely by great cafés, pubs/bars, and restaurants

Large, unfurnished double bedroom

The flat is over one floor with a bright, spacious living/dining room overlooking the communal garden

Washer/dryer included

💵 Rent & details:

£950 PCM + bills around £100 (although this will go down in summer with less heating) including £38 council tax per month

Move in date ASAP, with contract until end of Sep

Landlord is very good and responsive, solves all issues very quickly
