Hi,
I am renting out a room in my 3-bedroom flat in Clapham, just next to Clapham Common. I am offering a lower rent (£625 per month) in exchange for helping with childcare. My 10-year old and I are a quiet household! We had a student with us over a year and a half but she is moving back to her home country.
Helping entails some school pick-ups/drop-offs, staying in if I am out for socials or sport. On average 12 hours per week of help/being at home which your schedule needs to allow for.
