Room in Clapham - beautiful garden, great transport, and a genuinely nice flatshare

We’re looking for someone to take a room in our 3-bed maisonette, a short walk from Clapham North (5 mins) and Stockwell (8 mins).
Available from 1st May, flexible long-term.

You’d be living with Jake and Rish who own and have lived the house for 5 years, so feels a lot more like 'home' than a typical rental. Jake works in the civil service, Rish in music festivals (so free tix!).

Recently had the garden done - big bifold doors leading out to a terrace surrounded by trees and sun.
The kitchen and bathrooms have also been renovated.

You’re also 10 mins from Clapham Common and 5 mins from Larkhall Park (tennis courts, good for a run, etc).
