Hi!
We are looking for a new housemate to replace our friend in our furnished 3 bed house in Clapham North from 1st June 2026. It's a lovely double room, with lots of storage.
We're a large 3 bed split level house/flat with a separate lounge and kitchen, 1 big bathroom (separate bath and walk-in shower) & a private roof terrace.
Lucy has lived in the house for 5 years and Jess moved in in June 2025 and loves it so much, with great landlords!
A bit about us:
Lucy - 27, Lucy works in the NHS. Loves a run, matcha and sunshine session on the roof!
Jess - 26, works as a private OT and loves cooking, pub trips and weekend strolls!
The flat is within 5 minutes of Clapham Common, Clapham North and Clapham High street Station. It is super close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room is £1067 a month and bills are very reasonable.
We are looking for someone who is fun and sociable but also enjoys chilled nights in and will keep the flat clean.
