Double Room in lovely Clapham garden flat

I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my lovely Clapham/Abbeville Village flat (as my flatmate is sadly moving to New York!).

The flat is a gorgeous ground floor flat - with a south-facing garden - in Clapham South, right next to Abbeville Village (30 seconds from Gail's). The room has a king-size double and there is a separate living room. I’m looking for someone initially short-term (up to 2 months) with potential to extend. Rent would be £1270 + bills.

The flat is a two-bedroom flat so you’d be living with me - I’m 27, civil servant, I work in the office 3-4 days a week and have most of my friend group living in London so I’m often out and about in the week / weekends. I’m looking for someone clean and tidy (a must) and respectful of the space (but is also friendly of course!). Also no homophobes pls!
