Sociable Clapham Home – Ensuite Double Available

Hey! We're Cam, David, Ben and Jessie, four friends in our late twenties to early thirties working in luxury travel, tech, finance and marketing. We've been here a while and made this big Clapham house a proper home.

Two of our housemates are moving on and we're looking for two new people to join us. We cook together, eat out, do pub trips and fire up the BBQ in the garden when the sun shows up. We go to gigs and festivals, travel when we can and like keeping active. We work from home on Fridays so there's a nice balance of quiet weekdays and sociable evenings and weekends.

The Room 🛏️
A bright ensuite double with a bay window, fitted storage and a private shower, WC and basin. We also have a second room available, a small double in the same house, so if this one isn't quite right, that might be worth a look too!

The House 🏡
A large home just off Clapham Common Westside with wooden floors, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and full-height glass doors onto a private garden. All bills included: utilities, council tax, broadband, communal household items and a weekly cleaner.

Location 📍
Walking distance of Clapham South, Clapham Junction and Clapham Common, with Northcote Road and Battersea Rise nearby for pubs, cafés and restaurants.
