Large Double Room in Clapham South, Bills Included

I have a large double room available in my two bedroom maisonette in Clapham South, sharing with just me.

The house is on a quiet residential street, about a five minute walk from Clapham South station on the Northern line. There are plenty of local shops, cafés, pubs and food spots nearby, and Clapham Common is just at the end of the road, around a three minute walk away.

The room is on the ground floor and comes furnished with a king size bed, bedding, built in storage, mirror and a few bits of furniture. It is a bright, good sized room with plenty of space, so it should be easy for someone to move straight in and make it feel like their own.

You would also have sole use of the main bathroom and toilet, as my bedroom is upstairs with its own ensuite.

The rest of the house is fully furnished, so you would have use of the kitchen, dining area, living room and garden. The kitchen has all the usual appliances and bits you would need, and there is also a small private garden with patio furniture and a barbecue.

Bills and internet are included, so it is a pretty easy setup for someone who wants to move into a comfortable home without having to sort loads of furniture or household bits.

A bit about me:

I am 36 and work in tech. I split my time between working from home and going into the office. I am easy going, respectful, clean and tidy, and like the house to feel relaxed and comfortable. I go to the gym, cook a lot, like a pub at the weekend, watch TV, and generally like to have a laugh.

I am looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy to live with. Ideally another professional who wants a calm, comfortable home rather than a party house. I am also looking for someone clean and considerate who is happy to keep shared spaces tidy.
