Spacious Double Room with Private Bathroom in a Top Floor Flat

I’m looking for someone to take the second room in my two-bed top floor flat.

The room is a really good-sized double, with storage already in the room and a built-in wardrobe just outside it, so you won’t be short on space. You’ll also have your own bathroom with a bathtub, which is a decent bonus and means no awkward bathroom sharing.

The flat itself is the main selling point. It has a huge open-plan kitchen/living room with two sets of skylights, loads of natural light and a wraparound balcony that is genuinely unreal when the sun is out. It’s a really nice space to cook, chill, have people round now and again, or just sit out with a drink when the weather decides to behave.

A bit about me: I’m in my early 30s and work in live events, mostly around music, football and big venues. It’s a fun job, but the hours are a bit all over the place, so I’m out quite a lot and you’ll have the flat to yourself a fair amount. I’m social and up for a chat or a drink, but also very normal about giving people their own space.

Ideally looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with, who wants the place to feel like a home.

Also, if you’re into live music or football, there may occasionally be some decent perks.
