Looking for someone to take my room in our lovely house in South Clapham!

The location is honestly one of the best things about the place. You're within easy reach of Clapham, Balham, Brixton, and central London, with great transport links and loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants, gyms, and parks nearby. 🚇☕🌳

The rent is very reasonable for the area, with bills not included. They usually come to around £100 per month.

You'll be living with two lovely housemates:

✨ Shreya, age 23, who studied psychology and now works in a school.
✨ Yash, age 24, who studied in LSE and works in finance.

They're both sociable, friendly, and always up for a chat, a trip to the pub, or the occasional night out 🍻💃

One thing worth mentioning is that both Shreya and Yash are planning to move out in September, so if you're looking to move with friends, there's a great opportunity for up to three people to take over the house together and create your own setup.

The house itself is in a fantastic area with plenty going on, and I'm only moving because I'm relocating closer to work.
