A bright and spacious double room is available in our lovely third-floor flat, located between Clapham Common (5 min bus/cycle or 20 min walk) and Clapham Junction (10 min walk).

The room comes fully furnished with a versatile king-size bed which can either be used as a king or split into two single beds depending on your preference. It also has built-in storage and two large windows, making it a light and airy space throughout the day.

The flat itself is spread across two floors and has large windows throughout, giving beautiful natural light as well as fantastic sunrise and sunset views.

The room would suit either an individual or a couple/two friends. Currently, the flat is occupied by two couples (four people in total). You would be sharing with two friendly, professional women (both 24yo) who occupy the second bedroom. A bit about us - we play football on the common, love cooking and watching movies and tv shows, enjoy a cheeky weekend camping trip outside of London and are always up for playing new board games! We are looking for clean, considerate and easy-going housemate/s who will enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming home.

Shared spaces include:

• Spacious living room with TV, Chromecast, two sofas (including a sofa bed), dining table and chairs, electric piano, bookshelves, work from home desk and plenty of plants

• Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridge-freezers and other countertop appliances that we are happy to share!

• Bathroom with bath and shower

The flat is located on the third floor and access is via stairs only.

Note: The pictures of the bedroom include some furniture which is owned by the current tenants (desk, chair, bedside tables, bookcase and filing cabinet) which would not be included.

Location highlights:

• Clapham Common park is literally at the end of the road

• Battersea Park is around a 7-minute run/cycle away (approximately 20-25 minutes on foot)

• Short 10 min walk to Clapham Junction station and 20 min to Clapham Common station

• Excellent transport links, cafes, restaurants, pubs and local shops nearby

Bills are not included in the rent. Current household bills average approximately £100 per person per month (including gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi). For a couple renting the room, this is typically around £200 per month in total.

This is a bright, comfortable home rather than just a room rental. We love the amount of natural light, the spacious shared living areas and having some of South West London's best green spaces on our doorstep.
