We are looking for a female to share with 4 others (2 females and 2 males) in a friendly, well decorated professional houseshare with cleaner and sunny patio garden. Tall ceilings and large living areas, the room available is a large double room overlooking the back garden, with a double wardrobe and plenty of room for a small desk and chair for WFH.

We are a relaxed household and enjoy having the odd drink together and socialising but equally all have our own circle of friends. Some of us are into keeping fit but nothing too serious.

The house is non-smoking, and on a quiet street in a great part of Clapham Common, convenient to all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc and close to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction train station, just 10 mins walk to either. It is also only a 2 min walk from the Common itself. There are loads of buses within 2 mins, and some handy bus routes are 87 and 137.

Decorated to a high standard, there are 2 bathrooms, a separate lounge and a sunny patio garden. There is a very large kitchen which has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc and the house has wireless broadband.

It's in Wandsworth so Council Tax is currently £25pcm, all other bills approx £75-80pcm.
